Jessica Caccavallo, LCSW

When you have a space where you feel welcome, heard, and safe; empowerment and healing can occur. My passion is to support clients in trusting and believing in themselves and be with them as they transform their lives. Therapy allows you to see how resilient and brave you truly are.

I am a trauma specialist who primarily works with young people ages 9-30. I provide individual and group counseling services and well as family therapy on an as needed basis. I use a trauma informed, person-centered approach to therapy and tailor treatment modalities to the client based on their age and therapeutic needs.

To learn more about the clinical services I offer please:

I received my Masters in Social Work in 2016 right after obtaining an undergraduate degree in both Social Work and Criminal Justice from Aurora University. Through my general social work studies, I was fortunate to be an intern at Northwest Center Against Sexual Assault and Mount Prospect Human Services. Both of my internships allowed me to learn about needs in our suburban communities and become connected to other agencies and practitioners so as a clinician, I can connect clients to additional support they or their families may need.

Since 2016, I have obtained my Licensed in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) and have been a mental health professional in our communities as a: Therapist in private practice, Dating Matters® Coach, guest blog writer/panelist, and full time Prevention Education Coordinator for Northwest Center Againt Sexual Assault (Northwest CASA). I have had a combined 7 years experience specifically working with survivors of sexual and relationship violence.

It is very important to me that clients feel safe and supported in the space we share together. I also strive for accessibility and inclusion when providing therapy to clients. If there are any accommodations you need or things that I could be aware of that could enhance your therapeutic experience with me, please let me know.

Appointments can most often be scheduled the same week as inquired. Please email me to schedule your free 15-minute phone/video consultation.
